Extra Innings Documentary:
The heartwarming and unpredictable journey of the
OVER THE HILL GANG: a men’s senior softball league

Watch the Trailer
Led by the K’mish, their 82-year-old league commissioner, OTHG members greet each other on game day by their colorful nicknames, including Looper (who always finds a way to loop the ball in for a base hit), Sir Leon (83-year-old winningest pitcher in league history), Fall-Down Larry (loveable klutz), Frankie Shorts (ex-cop turned star 3rd baseman), the Scribe (league reporter), and many more.

While the minimum age for this league is 60, the average age of players is in the mid-70s, and their senior member, Steve “Scoop” Steinberg, celebrated his 86th birthday earlier this season.
Extra Innings follows the exploits of these ornery octogenarians and saucy septuagenarians as they battle on the baseball diamond, stoically combat the ravages of aging, passionately argue safe-out calls, and find that friendship is more important than finishing first.
